Kristin graduated in 2006 with a Master’s Degree from Dallas Baptist University and has since been a trusted professional in her community. I have lived in the same community since 2010, am an active member of my community and church, and am a community activist for The Wayward Project for the homeless. Through my professional experience working as an AT&T Customer Service Representative for 20 plus years, I have strengthened my communication and organization skills, focused my listening skills, and am well equipped to assist my clients in selling or purchasing a home. Further, being a Notary in California working as a Loan Processing Agent for 4 years has given me the experience and opportunity to work with time sensitive documents, understanding that time is of value. Before joining Weichert, Realtors-Bev Young & Associates, Jay worked for Bell Helicopter, AVO Corporation, and Overdoor Corporation spanning a 25 year career in diversified Supply Chain Management and Purchasing. Jay applies his Six Sigma Black Belt process improvement credentials to facilitate detail-oriented presentation and promotion of properties listed for sale, by creating detailed marketing plans that provide maximum exposure for sellers’ homes. He also represents buyers in the purchase of new and existing homes. Jay grew up in the HEB area, making him very familiar with Tarrant County and beyond. He married his high school sweetheart and now has a son in college. Jay earned a BS/BA from the University of Phoenix, MBA from Baker College, and Six Sigma Black Belt certification from the Textron University.

He also represents buyers in the purchase of new and existing homes.
