Bev Young’s secret to success may be simple, but it works. “I treat every client as if he or she is my only client, and more importantly, I shepherd them from beginning to end to ensure a smooth transaction.” By the time a transaction has closed, Bev and her clients have become true friends, and the relationship doesn’t stop once the transaction ends. This is one of the many reasons that she receives so many referrals and repeat business. Clients appreciate Bev’s friendly, professional approach and that she is accessible and promptly returns calls. As a Certified Residential Specialist, Bev holds the highest designation in residential sales, obtained by less than 4% of all Realtors®. Bev has received numerous awards for outstanding sales production and customer service, and was named a D Magazine Best Realtor® in 4 consecutive years, placing her in the top 1% of Dallas-Fort Worth real estate professionals.

LaKeisha Simon, a California native, now considers Texas “my home”. I have lived in the same community since 2010, am an active member of my community and church, and am a community activist for The Wayward Project for the homeless. Through my professional experience working as an AT&T Customer Service Representative for 20 plus years, I have strengthened my communication and organization skills, focused my listening skills, and am well equipped to assist my clients in selling or purchasing a home. Further, being a Notary in California working as a Loan Processing Agent for 4 years has given me the experience and opportunity to work with time sensitive documents, understanding that time is of value. My passion in Real Estate is to help buyers find houses they will make into homes, and to assist sellers in making a stress-free transition to their new location. Allow me to help you “Search, See, Love”.
